About the Event
This year marks the 16th annual Empty Bowls fundraiser hosted by PROP—a tradition that brings our community together to fight hunger and support neighbors in need.
Our 2026 theme is Nourish and Strengthen Community, reflecting PROP’s mission to provide food, financial assistance, and hope to families in Eden Prairie and Chanhassen.
Rounding out this important giving event: live entertainment by local musicians, a pottery demonstration, and an online silent auction opening one week prior to the event. Suggested donation: $15 for adults, $10 for children under 12.

Our Empty Bowls Silent Auction goes live on Wednesday, February 11th at 12pm! This year you can find something for the whole family. From games nights, theater tickets, and even a two-night stay in Duluth. You don’t have to wait until the event to start bidding. Place your bid now.
