Keosha Greenlaw

Case Manager

Keosha is no stranger to case management — in fact, her previous job was a case manager at a supportive housing nonprofit. Keosha enjoyed the field and helping others, but eventually, she became stressed out in that role and needed a change. That’s when she found a position at PROP. “I thought it would be a nice change. I would still be doing social services, still doing case management, but in a different light,” Keosha explained. She joined PROP in August 2022.

As a case manager, Keosha’s focus is on getting clients the resources they need. She is often one of the first people new clients see. Keosha helps clients through many of PROP’s programs, from rental assistance to utility services to auto repair. If PROP cannot help with a particular need, Keosha assists in finding different local and state agencies to send the client in the right direction. Her day-to-day work consists of answering client inquiries through phone calls and emails and reaching out to clients through the case manager inbox.

Because Keosha is at the forefront of meeting new clients, she is someone who offers information about all of PROP’s services upfront: the Food Mart, financial services, and wrap-around services. She values the connectedness of the team for this reason. “I think it’s important that we have collaborated together as a team so we’re all on the same page and we provide the most accurate information to all our clients,” Keosha said.

The impact of Keosha’s role does not go unnoticed. In her first fiscal year with PROP, she was able to assist more than 100 households with housing financial services.

Keosha strives to do even more. She hopes that PROP will be able to provide more services across the board, such as grants for application fees or help reinstating one’s driver’s license. She also hopes that PROP can go out into the community and provide services outside of the organization’s doors. “It would make our services more available to the residents of this community and help them to a greater extent,” Keosha shared. “PROP is an amazing organization for the residents of Eden Prairie and Chanhassen, and I want to see us do even more.”
