Everyone is invited to the 2025 PROP Empty Bowls Fundraiser on Tuesday, February 18th at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Eden Prairie. Come for lunch from 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM or dinner from 4:00 – 7:00 PM.
The simple meal of soup, bread and beverage is to raise awareness of food insecurity in our community. The meal is free and there is live entertainment, a pottery making demo and a silent auction. Free will donations are accepted to help fund PROP’s food program for neighbors in need and short-term emergency financial assistance for qualified residents of Eden Prairie and Chanhassen.
