PROP offers personalized support services to help Eden Prairie and Chanhassen individuals and families achieve their financial stability and health goals

Navigational supports

PROP’s Case Management team will assist with accessing a variety of additional community supports clients may need that PROP does not provide on-site through connections to partner organizations. Please call 952-937-9120 to speak with a case manager about your needs.

Enrichment Programs

Special programs to help those families or seniors facing financial hardships, such as holiday gifts and scholarships for extracurricular activities like camp, driver’s education and swim lessons.

Employment Assistance

Employment counseling is offered on-site providing individualized job search support to clients including help with resumes and cover letters, filling out applications, identifying resources, finding work opportunities, and improving interviewing skills.

Health & Wellness Coaching

PROP offers an on-site nutritional coach to help individuals and families build a plan for their health. From meal prepping and buying food on a budget to recipes of the month and periodic free health assessments, PROP is here to help build new ways achieve better health outcomes.

Financial Mentoring

Financial mentoring appointments are available for clients who would like to work on a budget, understand thier credit scores, or talk through concerns about their bills.

Free On-site Counseling

PROP partners with Relate Counseling to offer clients a place to talk about their mental health concerns.
