Director of Development and Communications
Prima Sisinni, PROP Director of Development and Communications, brings more than seven years of experience in school administration and nonprofit organizations, with expertise in donor engagement, enrollment growth, and community partnerships.
She has held leadership roles including Director of Admissions and Outreach at The International School of Minnesota, where she guided enrollment and marketing initiatives, and patient and donor relations positions at NMDP (formerly Be the Match), where she focused on communications and outreach. Prima earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Wofford College and holds both a Master of Nonprofit Management degree and an MBA from Hamline University.
A lifelong Eden Prairie resident, Prima’s community ties run deep. Her mother led the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce for 12 years and now serves as Executive Director of the Foundation for Eden Prairie Schools. Her father owned and operated several local businesses for more than 30 years in the Eden Prairie community. In addition, Prima serves on the City of Eden Prairie’s Historic Preservation Commission and the board of the Eden Prairie Historical Society. With her professional background and deep local roots, she is eager to bring her expertise and passion for community impact into her role here at PROP.
