Non-perishable food items
We accept non-perishable food donations Monday through Friday from 9:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and Wednesday from 4:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. The donation area is on the west side of our building under the green awning located at 14700 Martin Drive in Eden Prairie. A volunteer will help bring your items into the building, weigh them, and give you a donation receipt.
We gratefully accept grocery store gift cards, preferably in increments of $20.

Fresh fruits and vegetables
We gladly accept fresh fruits and vegetables from your garden. We distribute the produce through our Fresh Pantry – which families can access once per week. Last summer, 250 families per week visited the pantry. We really cannot have too much fresh produce. During our annual client survey, fresh produce is always one of the most requested items.

Toiletries and paper products
We accept donations of new, unopened: bar soap and body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, razors, toilet paper, diapers and wipes, adult diapers, maxi pads, and tampons.
Summer Food For Kids
During the summer, when children do not receive free/ reduced lunch at school, we provide additional food for their families. Families often have difficulty securing enough food in the summer months. Learn more about PROP Summer Food for kids 2017.
Holiday gifts (November/December)
Bring joy to children and seniors in our community this holiday season through PROP’s Holiday Gift Program. We invite you to adopt a child or senior citizen and choose a special gift from his or her wish list. The suggested amount to spend is $40. You can help us make a difference for 800 children and senior citizens in Eden Prairie and Chanhassen.
