Mike and family have lived in Eden Prairie for many years. Mike is the owner of Kontor Realty Group, a full service real estate firm that specializes in commercial and residential real estate transactions. He is a 33 year veteran of corporate America.

Mike believes in PROP’s mission – that for a community to thrive, everyone needs to volunteer their time, talent and treasure to ensure the viability of current generations and those that will follow.

Patrick and family live in Eden Prairie. Patrick works as the Manager of Payment Services at KUBRA Data Transfer Ltd. Besides being a business manager, Patrick brings a strong financial background to the board.

He has ten years of experience as a board member for a nonprofit entity where he was the chair of the Audit Committee. When asked why he wanted to join the board, Patrick responded, “Being a member of the board will allow me to give something back to my community.”

Stephen and family are long-time Chanhassen residents. He retired from U.S. Bank/Corporate Payment Systems as VP of Internal Sales. Stephen has served on the board for Carver County Red Cross Disaster Action Team Responders. Additionally, he has volunteered with Wooddale Church, United Way and Feed My Starving Children.

When asked to describe his perspective on PROP’s Mission, Stephen responded “I am very concerned about the welfare of my fellow Chanhassen citizens and I particularly admire PROP’s focus on building/rebuilding the client’s self-reliance. I firmly believe in the concept of offering a hand up in lieu of a hand out.”

Tom Wargolet

Tom and family live in Eden Prairie. Tom is Senior Vice President/General Manager at Lifetouch National School Studios, Eden Prairie. Tom previously served on the Finance Council for Pax Christi Catholic Community and has served as coach and past board member of the Eden Prairie Baseball Association.

Tom has 25 years of business experience in long-range financial planning and implementing changing business strategies.

Dick Ward

Dick and family live in Eden Prairie. Dick is the CEO of Equity Property Group, LLC.

He serves on the Eden Prairie Chamber, Eden Prairie Community Foundation, Eden Prairie AM Rotary, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters and in various faith-based volunteer roles.

Dick is a visionary guiding PROP through the design and implementation of our first formal five-year strategic plan.

Maureen Grazzini

Maureen and family have lived in Chanhassen for nine years. Maureen is a long-time volunteer for PROP and Coordinator of the Annual Holiday Program.

She coaches mentally challenged adults at Hammer Residences and teaches swim at Foss.

Additionally, Maureen coordinates Families Moving Forward for St. Hubert Church.



 Kim Rathjen, Immanuel Lutheran Church

Kim and her family have lived and worked in Eden Prairie and Chanhassen for 15 years.  She is the Coordinator of Outreach at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Eden Prairie, a community of faith that has been a supporter of PROP for many years. Kim’s passion is to connect people with each other and with volunteer opportunities that help them grow in their understanding of our neighbors.



 Michael Doyle, Retired US Bank

Mike and family have lived in Eden Prairie for the past 15 years. Mike has operated Credit Risk Advisors, LLC for the past ten years and was previously an Executive with U.S. Bank. He brings over 37 years of corporate and financial experience to the board.

He has over 13 years of board experience with other profit and non-profit organizations. He has a deep commitment to help those who are in need of basic services.  “At some time in our lives we have all needed some type of help. I am no exception and  am delighted to have an opportunity to give back and help others. No one in our community or this country should go hungry”.


Jenifer Loon, MN State Representative

Jenifer Loon lives in Eden Prairie with her husband, Doug have two daughters.  She graduated from Augustana College (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) in 1985 with a BA in Government and International Affairs. Representative Jenifer Loon was first elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives in 2008 representing Eden Prairie, District 48B. Now in her fourth term, Rep. Loon chairs the House Education Finance Committee and also serves on the Taxes, Ways and Means, and Commerce and Regulatory Reform committees. She brings 16 years of business and legislative policy experience to the MN House of Representatives. Currently, Loon is an active member of the Eden Prairie Morning Rotary Club and the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce. She is a parishioner and former council member at Prairie Lutheran Church. In her spare time, Jenifer enjoys cooking and reading, attending student drama and musical performances, and cheering on the local sports teams.

Joe Epping, Retired Principal- Central Middle School, Eden Prairie, MN

Board Member since 2016

Joe lives in Chanhassen. He is a single parent to 2 young adults. In retirement he continues to stay involved as an educational consultant and actively is involved as a volunteer at “The Bridge for Youth – Southwest( a temporary shelter for youth). He has been involved with PROP as advocate in the school system supporting numerous food drives and fundraisers and was on the founding committee of “Empty Bowls” which Central Middle School hosted for many years. Joe Epping retired after a 28 year career in the Eden Prairie Schools in July of 2014. During his career he served the school district as a teacher, associate principal of the high school, and as principal at Central Middle School for 14 years. During his career he served the Eden Prairie community as a member of the Eden Prairie Crime Fund, and on the education and gala committees of the Chamber of Commerce.
